SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

Our performance training classes are designed to develop overall athleticism through drills targeted at: linear speed, multi-directional quickness, strength and reaction. Thus making this program ideal for athletes of all ages and all sports. Besides sports performance, you can be sure to see improvement in your kids' health, activity, and confidence. Most importantly, they will have fun!

The performance training classes are divided into four categories as follows:

Rookies (Ages 7-9, 60 minutes)

At this level, athletes are introduced to basic movement and motor coordination skills. The main focus for this age group is high repetitions, confidence building and enjoyment.

Advanced (Ages 10-12, 75 minutes)

The Advanced level is exposed to a slightly higher level of drill difficulty, class pace, and expectations. Overtime or "OT" is introduced, which consists of 15 additional minutes of bodyweight strength training.

Select (Ages 13-14, 90 minutes)

At this level, combination drills are incorporated, as well as higher repetitions and expectations. Select athletes spend 30 minutes in "OT" working on an introduction to weight training and Olympic lifting.

Elite (Ages 15+, 90 minutes)

Elite level athletes are expected to have the highest competency in regards to basic and combination drills. More focus will be put on sport specific movement while utilizing the best equipment available. "OT" will be geared toward sport specific peak performance.
